Citroen Relay Engine Support for Fleets

When a Relay stops, the engine invoice is only part of the cost. Vehicle downtime, recovery, driver disruption, replacement capacity and inconsistent authorisation can affect operations. We help fleet managers route diesel Relay enquiries from 2015 onward to suitable independent specialists for diagnosis, rebuilding, replacement and fitting.

What does the fleet service provide?

The service centralises initial vehicle and fault information, then matches each enquiry by engine family, location, repair route and workshop capacity. The appointed independent workshop quotes and contracts directly with the fleet. Nationwide recovery can be coordinated, and job data can be structured consistently across vehicles.

Choosing the Right Route for a Working Fleet

Original Rebuildconsider when the core is recoverable and retaining it makes operational sense.
Reconditionedconsider when specification and longer qualifying cover justify the route.
Exchangeconsider when compatible availability can reduce waiting.
Usedconsider where controlled initial spend suits the vehicle’s age and planned service life. The same answer will not fit every van. A fleet can use different routes based on vehicle value, duty cycle and replacement plan.

Regional Workshops, Nationwide Collection

Partners serve London and surrounding areas, Birmingham and the West Midlands, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Bristol/South West, with mainland UK vehicle collection available subject to capacity. The most suitable workshop may be determined by engine and job type as well as distance.

Timescale and Cover

Many eligible jobs can be completed within up to five working days from workshop arrival. Qualifying reconditioned engines may carry up to three years’ unlimited-mileage warranty; qualifying used units may carry up to six months. The workshop provides the actual estimate and written cover for each job.
